Hi Flyn ,
My LinkedIn strategy is to find more prospects on plastic injection moding field ( insert(metal or other material) moulding , over moulding, dual-shot moulding and 3 materials moulding, also micro and soft plastic materials( TPR , TPE & TPV etc.) moulded part. ).

This is a huge question and it would be impossible to answer it in this reply. That said, there is actually a simple answer to your question. Success is achieved by “networking” and not selling or prospecting.

I think your question is a common one in the minds of most LinedIners. The is true because most people really don’t understand networking and the philosophical mindset necessary for success. They also haven’t figured out how to work the system and get around the obstacles LinkedIn rules and procedures create.

Love some of the things that you write and the advice that you give…yet what have done with all your connections.

Have you put your theories to the test.

Did this enable you to expand and monetize something other than write the how, where’s and what evers?

Success is achieved by “networking” and not selling or prospecting.

By this I think you mean that success is achieved by getting to be known as an expert in your field and being trusted to give sound advice.

Thank you so much for your comments.

My network has already produced some amazing results and it is quit modest as I don’t partake in mass connection building activities. I believe most of my connections are the result of direct contact or visibility on LinkedIn and I have probably not used 200 invitations yet — though I have 2300+ connections.

Actually, both statements are true. The networking done properly leads to the respect and “fame” if you want to call it that of being known and respected. I started actually trying to become the “sales guru” and if you look I still hold the top spots for most of those question categories as EXPERT. I have now moved my focus to LinkedIn and web marketing and the two shall meet very shortly.
