		<description>I _hate_ those questions. I look at the technical questions a lot, and in many cases the questioners are not doing themselves a favor by asking a too general question.

Such a question will get a too general answer, and the answer will be useless. Most folks will avoid the question like the plague.

A lot of the technical questions are in the category of
“What web technology should I use?” (With no further qualification, so we don’t know anything about the business or the platform constraints. A better question is what web technologies should I avoid and why?)

“How do I set up a web site” (If you substitute “how do you cook food?” or “how do you pick out clothes” you can see this is a type of question that has a lot of answers, but non are tailored to your needs.)</description>
